Refund and Shipping
All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.
Orders are not binding until payment as been accepted and verified.
Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.
We do not ship on major US holidays.
All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping.
Shipping is refundable if we ship the wrong item.
Shipping is refundable if the item arrives damaged.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
Products shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Program 51 wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have within 30 days of delivery for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Certain orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness and/or personalization to your specific request. In this case, all efforts will be made to guarantee your satisfaction.
All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts. Items returned in new, ready to sell condition will receive a full and prompt store credit, exchange or refund excluding any shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.
DVD’s and videos cannot be returned if seal is broken. DVD returns are only accepted on unopened packaging. Exchanges for faulty/defective DVD's will only be replaced with the exact same item, NOT a refund.
Any orders that are refused upon delivery (for reasons other than damage), undeliverable or cancelled after being shipped will be subject to our return policy.
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item, and we will send you the correct product, replacement product and/or parts at no cost to you. And, we will pay the return shipping if the return is a result of our error.
Returning for an exchange:
Any item returned for an exchange, the customer is responsible for ALL applicable shipping charges.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. In order to receive a full refund (minus shipping costs and restocking fees) the items must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts.
Once we accept your return, the payment method used to place the order will be credited back the full purchase price minus any shipping charges and restocking fees if applicable. An email confirming your return and credit will be sent.
Some of our products are offered with "Free Shipping".If you return a product that has free shipping our outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. "Free Shipping" only applies when you keep the item.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time that the credit is issued for it to appear on your credit card statement. The length of time for the credit to appear is dependent on your credit card company and may take up to 1 - 2 billing cycles.
Please note: If a product is not in new condition (as described above) or does not meet the return conditions, we may be unable to issue you a credit or exchange, and the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or missing parts, please contact customer service at 855-578-5550 so that we can send the appropriate missing parts or replace the damaged item.

Because of the high risk of fraud we do not offer refunds on digital products!
